It is awarded to individuals and/or organizations who have demonstrated and reflect the work and life of Geary. The award honors his legacy and advancement of both HPT and ISPI's principles and practices. The 2015 Geary Rummler Award for the Advancement of Performance Improvement nomination deadline is Friday, November 28, 2014.

RECOGNIZING EXCELLENCE: The ISPI Awards of Excellence program is designed to showcase the people, products, innovations, and organizations that represent excellence in the field of Human Performance Technology. ISPI's 2015 Award of Excellence applications are due Monday, November 3, 2014. Submit an award in one or more of the following categories:

We need your help to be on the committees or just volunteer to take on one project. The number one reason people say they don’t volunteer is because no one asked! Here are four immediate areas that you can get involved with to help!
We already know that one of the biggest fears of volunteers is that they'll be sucked into a black hole of never-ending time commitment. We don’t want to burn anyone out- If we can all do a little we can achieve a lot. We just need to be smart about how we proceed!!
