Preparation & Questions
More specific questions will be gathered once mentees sign up for sessions.
All preparation will be conducted through email.
A mentoring contract will be required—this will also provide a space to raise questions so that mentors and mentees start on the same page.
When raising your questions, think about your personal challenges or current trends, such as:
AI Skills and the Future of Work: How can juniors stay competitive when entry-level roles are increasingly automated? What human skills—like judgment, adaptability, or creativity—can distinguish them in an AI-driven world?
AI Literacy and Human-Centric Roles: In what ways should emerging professionals blend AI capabilities with uniquely human skills—critical thinking, emotional intelligence, resilience—for sustainable success?
Facilitator & Mentors Bios will be shared with participants prior to the session.
