Presenter:

Phil Seyer is a past Chairman of the Bay Area Chapter of ISPI. He has given multiple presentations at International conferences and has coauthored self-instructional books for John Wiley and Sons, and Tab/McGraw Hill. He also created self-teaching modules for the Addison Wesley, the University of California, and San Jose State University.  He is now using interactive instructional videos with avatars and chat boxes for a wide variety of  e-learning projects.
