Description:

Agile design must be instructional solution neutral and based on a credo that fosters human

performance improvement over instructional methods and solutions; promotes cross-functional teams that add value to the organizational goals/performance; and fosters collaboration among designer, performers, stakeholders, and SME's over working in silos. Participants benefit from the session by learning how to reverse engineer the agile instructional design process by using a rapid performance analysis that quickly pinpoints and confirms the performance problem(s).  In this webinar, you will learn to realign with an Agile credo that fits with HPT and infuse HPT methods within Agile cycles.

About the Presenters:


Sue Czeropski, PhD, CPT has 30+ years of experience in the training, development, and HPT arena. She is the CLO of Performance Instruction LLC., responsible providing HPT solutions to clients. She excels at building collaborative relationships where partnerships form to establish cost effective performance solutions and has a strong record of accomplishments in envisioning change and driving initiatives producing business results at all levels and functions within an organization. 


Curtis Pembrook, Ed.D (ABD) is a computer applications instructor and instructional designer at

Mission College and Palo Alto University and is Chief Learning Strategist at Performance Instruction LLC.  Curtis has over 17 years of experience as an instructional designer, technical trainer, and e-learning developer. He enjoys reading about and applying evidence-based research to the design and development of engaging learning experiences.
