Program Description:
Increased demands for evidence-based processes and practices have heightened the use of performance improvement in both the private and public sector. Yet gaining traction and sustaining momentum for performance improvement in the face of accelerated change, moving targets, and competing resource demands is much like changing wheels in a moving car and is an aspect of practice that is often overlooked and underestimated. Join this webinar to learn proven practices for addressing challenges brought about by a new “normal” of frequent business disruptions and constant churn. Examples will be drawn from research-based practices in Holly’s book, “Learning for the Long Run”, a 2017 Award Winner for Outstanding Human Performance Communication from ISPI.
Don’t get left behind the performance curve as the speed of change intensifies!
