Every field is evolving and ours is no exception. While the instructional design and performance improvement skills we’ve gained have been invaluable, they only take us so far. If we’re going to add more value to our organizations, we need to offer strong project management and consulting skills.

This webinar will help us to set our own baselines for these two skills, then focus on how we can move from what Peter Block called a “pair-of-hands” approach to becoming a trusted advisor. At the same time, we’ll see how strong project management skills make us more credible by delivering what we said we’d deliver as efficiently and effectively as possible.

The webinar will give you a chance to assess your own skills, to share your own experiences and to ask questions that will help you become a well-rounded ID professional.
